Come join us for the opening of Riverview's First and Only dispensary! We are looking for friendly, dependable, and responsible receptionists with excellent communication skills for retail.
Cannabis Experience needed Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone and directing calls to appropriate staff or department.
- Greeting all visitors and IDing all visitors and customers.
- Handling all customer interactions in a friendly and professional manner - Take photos of products as necessary - Keep the reception area tidy and presentable - Assist with cleaning in the lobby, bathrooms, and sales floor during down time - Other administrative duties as assigned -Knowledge of products and cannabis in general -Helping the customer find the right product for their needs -Cashing out orders -Cash handling Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in reception, concierge or other customer service environment - Must be able to sit, stand, walk and work continuously for at least eight hours a day - Excellent communication skills with a wide variety of clientele Flexibility:
- Must be able to quickly change direction throughout the day - Must have good attention to detail Job Type:
